Kathryn (Kate) Adamo
Kathryn (Kate) Adamo is the 11 year old daughter of Dominick and Jennifer Adamo. She is entering the 6th grade in the Mifflinburg School District. Kate is very active in the Girl Scouts, Dance having taken classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre and Lyrical and is a Jr. Student in her church group. When Kate grows up she would like to be a radiologist or a Doctor of Radiology. Besides the food, her favorite part of the Union County West End Fair are the people that come to the fair. When asked about her role model she said everyone and anyone because everyone has something else to offer or teach, whether good or bad. Like someone who even was in jail because I can learn from their mistakes. And anyone can have a hidden talent. You just have to find it and use it to the best of your ability.
Christiana Marie Guffey
Christiana Marie Guffey is the 7 year old daughter of Audriana Libby and Christopher and Amanda Guffey. She is in the 2nd grade at Mifflinburg Area School. She enjoys horseback riding lessons and gymnastics. Her favorite part of the fair is the animals and the ferris wheel. When she grows up, she would like to be a princess at the rodeo. Christiana’s role model is her Pap Pap, Franklin Kehler because he is a nice person. He loves everyone. He is very kind and he likes to make stuff. He is always building things for me.
Hailee Marie Kieffer
Hailee Marie Kieffer is the 8 year old daughter of John Kieffer and Amanda Guffey. She is in the 3rd grade at Mifflinburg Intermediate school. Hailee enjoys taking horse riding lessons. In the future she would like to become a veterinarian. Her favorite part of the fair is showing and seeing animals. Hailee’s role model is her pap Wayne because he teaches her how to set up the animals we show and the proper way to show.
Anna Mabus is the 8 year old daughter of Brian and Jennifer Mabus. She is entering 4th grade at the Mifflinburg Intermediate School this fall. She is a member of the Cowan Ag 4-H Club, Girl Scouts and Pennsylvania Elite Cheerleading. When Anna grows up she would like to be an artist. Her favorite part of the fair is riding rides, playing games and eating hot sausage. Anna’s parents are her role models because they encourage her to do things.
Autumn Martin is the 10 year old daughter of Troy and Jessica Martin of Millmont. She is in the 5th grade at Mifflinburg Intermediate school. She is attends the Harvest Bible Church – Union County. When Autumn grows up she would like to be a labor and delivery doctor. She enjoys the food, kiddie tractor pulls and the animals at the fair. Her role model is her mother because she is always helping people and Autumn wants to help people too.
Claudia Martin is the 8 year old daughter of Troy and Jessica Martin. She is entering the 3rd grade at Mifflinburg Intermediate school. She is involved with Konnect at Harvest UC. When Claudia grows up she would like to be a veterinarian. Her favorite things to do at the fair are riding the rides and eating Mr. Sticky’s. Her role model is her mom because she is nice and loving and I want to be like her when I grow up.
Laurel Ramsey is the 10 year old daughter of Kevin and Amanda Gessner. She is entering the 5th grade at Linntown Intermediate School this fall. She is active in 4-H and will be showing a calf, pigs and rabbits this year. She also takes jazz and hip-hop classes, plays basketball, is a member of the garden club and has attended forestry day at Penn State. When Laurel grows up she would like to be a singer or a farmer. Her favorite part of the Union County West End Fair is being with her family and the rides. 2016 Fair Queen Cinnamon Digan is Laurel’s role model because she is really nice and I love her a lot. I want to be like her.
