  1. Baked Products (Section 1) are being accepted at the 2023 fair.<\/li>\n
  2. Canned or Dried Products and Spreads (Sections 2 and 3) will be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. All products must have been made by the exhibitor. Premiums will not be paid for commercial products.<\/li>\n
    2. Baked goods must be on disposable plates (paper plate, foil pans, round cardboard) and covered with plastic wrap.\u00a0Cakes should be on paper plates or round cardboard, except wet bottom cakes.\u00a0Failure to adhere to this rule will result in disqualification.<\/li>\n
    3. Complete baked goods must be brought to the Fair. After judging, the Fair may display only a portion of the product for the week. Exhibitors may pick up baked goods OUTSIDE the exhibit building Monday night after judging. Doors will be open – check in after 9:00 PM\u00a0or shortly after.<\/li>\n
    4. The following guidelines should be used in entering cookies:\n
        \n
      • BAR – dough spread on baking pan and cut when cool.<\/li>\n
      • DROPPED – dough dropped by spoonful on cookie sheet.<\/li>\n
      • FILLED – any cookie with a filling baked in.<\/li>\n
      • PRESSED – dough formed into shape with a mechanical cookie press.<\/li>\n
      • MOLDED – dough rolled into a ball, may be pressed with glass or fork.<\/li>\n
      • ICE-BOX – dough wrapped in wax paper, chilled, sliced and baked.<\/li>\n
      • SANDWICH – two cookies with filling between, added after baking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
