Ages 5-7<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n<p>Contestants must complete and submit the Application and Registration Packet by July 1 to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Sarah Eichenlaub<br \/>\n2808 New Berlin Mountain Rd<br \/>\nMifflinburg, PA 17844<\/p>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"span12 main\">\n<h3>Program Rules<\/h3>\n<p>OFFICIAL PA FAIR QUEEN PROGRAM RULES<strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Each Fair Queen contestant must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Be a female who is a U.S. citizen and a resident of Pennsylvania.<\/li>\n<li>Be at least age 16 but no older than 20 years of age as of June 1 of the year entering the local contest.<\/li>\n<li>Be certified as the winner by the local fair where she was crowned.<\/li>\n<li>Have not been a former local Fair Queen winner, nor a former PA Fair Queen contestant.<\/li>\n<li>Not hold any other State title for any other commodity group or pageant during her reign.<\/li>\n<li>Have her parent(s)\u2019 or guardian(s)\u2019 consent to enter the competition.<\/li>\n<li>Be single, have never been married, have not been pregnant nor given birth to a child.<\/li>\n<li>Act in accordance with the PA Fair Queen \u201cBehavior Policy\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Meet all time commitments, Queen obligations, and \u201cDress Code\u201d as set forth by the PA Fair Queen Program<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>UNION COUNTY WEST END FAIR QUEEN PROGRAM RULES<em><br \/>\n<\/em>Each Fair Queen Contestant must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Be a resident of Union County.<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least a 2.5 grade point average.<\/li>\n<li>Meet all time commitments and Queen obligations as set by the Union County West End Fair Queen Program Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a keen interest in promoting the Union County West End Fair as an agricultural fair.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a wholesome attitude and willingness to promote the Union County West End Fair.<\/li>\n<li>If the Queen or Runner-Up cannot abide by the rules, she will be revoked of her title and the crown and sash must be returned to the Union County West End Fair.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"span12 main\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>The PA Fair Queen Program is the governing body of all county fair queen programs.
