There will be absolutely no substitutions after the July 1 Entry Deadline, including arrival day at the fair.<\/em><\/p>\nOpen Class Entries are limited to\u00a0Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties.<\/em><\/p>\n\n- An animal may show in one class only. Meat Breeding Does cannot show in Market Goat Division and vice versa.<\/li>\n
- All goats must bear an official USDN Aphis Scrapie program ear tag.<\/strong><\/li>\n
- All goats must have an official health certificate issued by an accredited veterinarian within 30 days prior to the opening date of the Fair. Rabies vaccine is recommended.<\/li>\n
- No more than 4 maximum animals per exhibitor and no more than 2 per class.<\/li>\n
- Double entry fees apply if entering animal in both 4-H\/FFA and Open shows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
